Doug Culpepper

Vice President, Production

Doug Culpepper is the VP of Production with a B.A. in Communications from Texas A&M Corpus Christi. In his role, he's the self-described "Swiss Army Knife" of the department — able to do it all, whether that's working with staff to figure out how to get complicated orders done, or partnering directly with customers to sort through complicated orders of their own.

Outside of work, you'll find Doug up before sunrise, working out with the other men of F3 at 5:30 each morning. He and his wife, Janet, are empty nesters these days, with two dogs, Ozzy and Zoey, keeping them company. His daughter, Maddie, joined Chalk Line's team in 2025, making her a second-generation team member.
