CEO

Kourtney Street is CEO of Chalk Line. Her parents, Ed and Tina Goerges, founded the company in San Marcos, Texas, in 2002, to provide newsletters for Kourtney and her husband, Rich, during their years of overseas work. Kourtney brings more than 30 years of nonprofit and ministry leadership to her role, including time at the vice president level with Cru.

The Streets also co-lead The Sacred and Strategic Initiative, a coaching and consulting practice for nonprofit and ministry leaders. That work keeps Kourtney close to the real challenges facing the ministries and nonprofits Chalk Line serves. Her dual perspective shapes how she guides Chalk Line, with an eye for what helps an organization communicate well. Behind Kourtney stands a team that knows this work inside out, from design through mailing. As Chalk Line enters its next chapter, its focus remains serving with the commitment to excellence and customer care that it was built on.
